Hello everyone....I am trying to bring a (refurbished) Leica XL automated
stainer on line....I am using all Fischer reagents: Hematoxylin 7212,
clarifier 2 and Eosin Y.....everything looks great except the cervical
Bx...which my pathologist is saying looks "too blue" (no mucin) ...tonsils
and other lymph tissue looks good, just Cx Bx....my eosin looks good with 3
shades...I am just not sure where to go next....any ideas??  Thanks so much
