I was wondering how many of you include the product information and MSDS
warnings in your policy and procedures on the chemicals that are used. I
am reviewing my procedures and this information as well as the
manufacturer and catalog numbers are included.  I have to do some
revisions as well incorporate new ones, and was wondering if all that
information is actually required
