CC1 mild or standard

Antibody-dilution?

 

I use the ultra-view polymer kit; CD4 (4B12) from Novocastra.

Hi, 

I have a protocol for C4d on Ventana Benchmark. It works great!

I deparaffinize on line and use CC1 Standard.

Incubate for 26 minutes.

Amplify

Use A/B Block

and counterstain.
