We don't use many "ready-to-use" (RTU) antibodies, but we have found that we can usually dilute the ones that we do use 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:50, or maybe even 1:100 for optimal staining.  Obviously, the dilution will be determined by the sensitivity of your detection system and the length of your primary antibody incubation.  Have you tried different tissue pretreatments?

Has anyone ever used the ready to use antibodies which are prediluted?
They are offerred by Lab Vision/Neomarkers.  Is there any special
protocol for these antibodies?  I have run an experiment twice with this
prediluted antibody and have had no results.  Technical support was
unable to help me with these items.Any help or information will be
greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
