Yves,
Just do the complete stain for one (block, rabbit primary#1, fluorescent
secondary#1), block well and then do the second (rabbit primary#2, fluorescent
secondary#2). Use two different color anti-rabbit fluorophores. I have done
this in the past with no apparent problems.
Another option is to pre-react the two primaries with different anti-rabbit
fluorophores in separate tubes, and then add to the section.
