On a more positive note, I highly recommend the book below (available from
Amazon.com for only $10.74 U.S.). After reading the recent messages on this
forum, the laboratories that are placing too many demands on their workers
should follow the concepts in this book instead of following status quo.
(The book is also helpful to workers for improving their own conditions and
their job searches when improving their current position is no longer an
option -- the main focus of the text)
