Greetings to everyone,
I am looking at an optical microscope a prepared slice with a thin section of a rat kidney.
I do not know the origin of the specimen.
Its colour in transmitted light is between cyan and green.
Does someone tell me what kind of staining has been used?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
