Hi Christian,
Find out what they have in their waterbath, when floating out your sections.
Ask them to use just distilled water with no additives (gelatin ect.). We
used to have tap water with sprinkled gelatin in it and I kept losing my
sections, particularly after HIER.
Since I switched to plain distilled water I hardly ever lose any sections as
long as you drain the water well from underneath the section...
Good luck, I know how frustrating it is.
