I believe you need to use 1/2x slides for cryosjane sectioning (instead of
the 1x) if you are going to use them for LCM.

Has anyone used the cryojane with OCT frozen sections to perform LCM?  We
are using it for protein extraction and mass spectrometry analysis.  I am
having incomplete microdissection and there is an odd background staining.
Does anyone have experience with this?
