Thanks,Xudong. Interesting point re sensitivity. I will check whether my PGP9.5 Ab reagent works on chick next week. Yes re ati NFs, your right for that caveat. However, personally I  check a few other Abs , to ensure that I am picking up everything eg partic anti beta tubulin III. The GAP 43 Ab reagents I have work beautifully on chick. 
All require Ag heat retrieval, in my hands
