[Histonet] Vibratome sections and immunohistochemistry

From:Gayle Callis

People do this all the time, and this is found in literature. A PUBMED
search will help you glean a lot of knowledge, at least methods. Access
this publication: Zhuo L et al, Live astrocytes visualized by green
fluorescent protein in transgenic mice, Developmental Biology 187:36-42,
1997.

They did 300 um vibrotome section on brain, far thicker than you want to
use. Even though this is for GFP and fluorescent work, their methods and
materials were excellent.
