Hello All,

I will  soon have some small tissues of heart from a pig. One of my colleagues asked me if I can do a  technique with beta-galactosidase(X-gal) on tissue paraffin.

 

 I would appreciate  having some protocols. I am not sure how to find this information since  immunology is not my principal work.
