A place I worked at didn't have anything but a microwave for about 8 months, so everything got dried that way.....they put the plastic bowl from a rice steamer in about half full of water and set the racks in front of it...2.5 minutes on low, 5 or more on high.  If you're worrying over it I'd suggest longer on low.
