MG, you can place the faced block down in a decal solution for about 20 or
30 minutes, which will decalcify the superficial surface of the tissue so
that you can get sections.  If it becomes difficult to cut, resoak in the
decal solution.  Be sure to wash the block well before cutting.  I have used
RDO and 5% Formic acid to accomplish this.
