You're right, and I knew that.  I provided the link so you could see that
the ASCP is informing readers when to expect publication AND to provide a
link that you can revisit as needed until the 2002 (not 2003) survey is
posted for downloading.  The next survey will be conducted in 2004 and
published in 2005.
