RE: Cell Membrane staining
Carleton and Leach developed a silver nitrate method for demonstrating cell
membranes in fresh tissue (H.M. Carleton & E.H. Leach, HISTOLOGICAL
TECHNIQUE, Oxford Univ. Press, London, 1938)
Their method is given in detail in H.A. Davenport, HISTOLOGICAL AND
HISTOCHEMICAL TECHNICS, p. 202, Saunders, Philadelphia, 1960.

Subject: Cell Membrane staining
Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help me find a stain that stains only
the cell membrane and not the nucleus. Many thanks in advance.
