Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help with detaching mouse hippocampal
organotypic slices from Millicell inserts.  I am trying to remove them to
section by cryostat or microtome but they will not detach from the culture
inserts.  I have tried everything-including fine paintbrushes, micro-spatulas
and was wondering if anyone could help-I'm desperate!!!!
