Does any one have any information on the consensus of the markers for CD4
and CD8 in human when compared to mouse?

We are looking at murine tumor and would like to stain for CD4 and CD8. Most
of my reading in human appears to be done on FFPE tissue and the murine
marker preference seems to be acetone fixed frozen section. I would like
thought on the efficacy of using a anti-human to mark murine. I know it is
quite common with some markers and not with others and curious as to
anyone's thoughts!
