One of the questions in the CAP checklist  - specifically ANP.21050
reads  "Is the identity of every specimen maintained through each step of
processing and slide preparation?"   There is a commentary under the
question which reads:  The number of blocks processed and the number of
slides prepared for each case must be recorded.

     Could anyone share how you record the information specified in the
commentary to satisfy this CAP question?

     Any information would be greatly appreciated!
