paraffin

From:HTS@gator.net

For those of you with paraffin difficulties.

We have used Richard Allan Scientific's paraffin 'Type 9' for years on
every species, including human tissues. You can use it in both the
processors and in embedding. It's easy, never gets brittle and once your
techs make the transition they'll love it. I always find that when
paraffin changes, techs fuss for about 2 weeks and then adjust extremely
well to the new paraffin.
