indirect skin if

From:"Mcleod, H, Heather"

Dear Histonetters

We do direct IFskin bx's, now the dermatologists would like indirect
IF on selected cases. While I have managed to split the normal
skin tissue pretty well, the results are not encouraging in that all
or very little flouresces. What should one ideally be using for
normal skin? We have Dako fitc conjugated antibodies ...............
what sort of dilutions should one be using? I stuck to same dilutions
that we use for direct IF. And the blister fluid or patient serum I
used neat, should they be diluted? ANY help and suggestiopns would
be appreciated.

Thanks
Heather
