anti human MPO

From:David Van Reyk

Hello Histonetters,
We have been using a Novacastra antibody (NCL-MYELOp: rabbit polyclonal
to human myeloperoxidase) on frozen sections of rat retina with an HRP-
comjugated anti-rabbit Ig as the secondary. We have been getting
extensive positive staining across the retina. We don't see this with any
of our controls (no primary or rabbit Ig primary not directed against any
retinal antigen).
I'd be keen to get any comments from users of this antibody, or from
others who have done any MPO immunohistochemistry, to explain this.

Best wishes,
David
