Dear Histonetters,

 

Moments ago our cryo consol compressor called it quits.  The instrument is about 5-6 years old.  In case you are not sure what the cryo consol is:  it is the separate unit that is sometimes referred to as the “cold plate” that sits along side the embedding console.  Does anyone happen to have a cryo consol that they would be willing to sell?  Unfortunately, Sakura no longer makes them and does not have any left in stock.  So far the used equipment dealers have not been able to find one in their stock either.  My only hope is that a fellow histonetter may have a unit they no longer use.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
