We use anti-VEGF on colon cancer FFPE sections

-10 min HIER with Citrate (pH 6.0)

-polyclonal anti-VEGF (Zymed) (1:100-1:200) 30 min at
RT

-PicTure-Plus HRP polymer conjugate (Ready-to-use) 30
min at RT

-DAB, 3 min at RT
