Now I need protocols for manual staining with

Gram 
Giensa and
ZN

I have protocols but because I don#180#t have work with this techniques yet and I 
would like the advices of someone with experience.

And the protocols that I have, not describe how I can prepare the  stain 
solutions (it indicate the comercial solutions)
