Exempt employee and lunch/breaks?
While the subject is "hot"......how does exempt employee work? Are there any rights for exempt/salaried in relation to getting a break (even if sometimes!), lunch, and or being expected to regularly work 9,10,11 hour days? To maintain exempt status does one HAVE to work unendingly?
