Has anyone ever had a problem getting Mayer's hematoxylin into IHC sections,
particularly on an automated stainer; but also occasionally with manual ones
too. The immunohistochemistry has worked well. This has started happening here
recently on some but not all sections; we have tried a new batch of hematoxylin
with no success.
