I did this stain a few years back and bought my kit from Poly Scientific.
(800 645-5825) I beleive the Brown and Brenn stain for Bacteria is what you
want. It is a gram (+/-) stain also but the crystals were a nice red and
stood out well against the other cells and have a geometric shape so can't
be confused for other cells or organisms. Let me know if you need more
