Theleria,
My lab operates almost entirely under GLP regs.  I say yes to all of your questions.  If you would like more specifics, feel free to contact me.

Hi Histonettors,
If you have experience doing studies under GLP, could you help me out on a couple of questions: 1) how extensive are your SOPs; 2) do you document troubleshooting (i.e. cooling blocks, use of ammonia or glycerin, adding adhesive to waterbath (i.e. gelatin); and 3) do you record expiration dates of reagents used in troubleshooting
(i.e. ammonia, gelatin)?
Thanks in advance,
