RE: paraffin sectioning question

I used to use agar (2%) but now find that I prefer Histogel from
Richard-Allan.

Subject: paraffin sectioning question

Hi,
I'm trying to process, embed, and section in paraffin cultured cells
called HL60s. I am having trouble getting the cells to pellet
cohesively. Does anyone have any ideas on how to section a cell
pellet in paraffiin? I understand I need to embed the pellet in
gelatin first, but what percentage is used? Any helpful hints or
ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  - April
