We have had nothing but trouble from the slides made by Erie but sold through Fisher, Alligence,

and SP.  We now use SurgiPath and Shanndon slides.  Let me know if you find others which don't drive you crazy with washoffs.  I have not tried the DAKO slides but have heard they are very good.
