Brett,
Yes, it worked beautifully. We were considering it as an alternative to
BrDU, but it does not mark all stages of mitosis so it was a no go for us.
 I used HIER in citrate buffer-steamer combo for 20 on, 20 cool. Used
Upstate Biotechnology #06-570 Polyclonal ab 1:100 at room temp for 60 min.
Secondary at 1:50 for 30 min, then ABC-DAB , results  were lovely on both
rat and mouse. If you want specifics give me a shout.
