We recently (few months) bought a VIP Mk5. It is no longer considered fit to use, as the seals on the bottles are variable in tightness and now, three different ones have been spat out from their docking position when the bottle is being refilled from the chamber. The fix of foam plastic padding and bricks suggested by Sakura does not satisfy.

Anyone else had this problem?
