sliding microtome

From:Tammy Bailey

We use a sliding microtome on a regular basis. We cut whole monkey brains
and pick them up on 50 X 75 mm plus slides. We have found the sliding
microtome very useful for cutting thick sections. One researcher in
particular needed thicker sections for his confocal images. It worked
great!..It's an oldie but still a goodie!!

regards,
tammy
