I have been asked to examine dried salted/unsalted cod sections with LM.
I would like to have some ideas from you before I start. (Not Bacalao 
recipes:-)  )
Fixation?.............and what happens with the dried muscle in the solution?
Embedding? Paraffin ok?
Historesin (or similar) or Epon?
