I have a question for those who have a good IHC method for detecting collagen type I in human and mouse tissue. We've had great success with Novocastra collagen I primary and citrate boiling in the past. Unfortunately we've been informed that Novocastra has discontinued their collagen I primary. I've tried Chemicon and RDI using various digestions but they don't quite live up to the quality that we were getting with the Novocastra antibody. Ideally we'd like to detect in mouse and human. If anyone has antibody/digestion recommendations for either I'd very much appreciate their advice. Thanks.
