Christina,
I have a very good procedure for PCP that I used at University of Chicago.
It is a modified GMS stain. It is done in the microwave. Just always make
sure you solutions are not to old! Always make sure that you rinse your
slides in several changes of dist water.

Our PCP stain seems to be very inconsistent, often times too dark. Can you
send me a good pcp staining procedure.
Thank You
Christina
