Re:pcp stain
We use the Grocott Methanime Silver in Carson's book (or maybe a slight
variation of it) and it works good. What are you currently using? If it is
the GMS- How old are your Chromic acid or Gold Chloride solutions?
SIlly question- I've been in the field two years now and I can't figure out
where they get PCP. I know the bug is Pneumocystis carinii- so why not PCC?
Where's the last P come from?!?
