I would love to help. I routinely get different cultures for processing.
Are they just cells growing or is this a tissue sample that has been
explanted? What kind of media are they growing on? is it liquid? What are
the end products expected? immunos? general staining? are your culture
dishes glass or plastic?

    Has anyone processed tissue cultures grown in round culture dishes
(Perti dishes) for paraffin sectioning??  I am looking for fixing,
processing, microtomy techniques.   Many thanks.
Also, at NSH in NC, VIR had an animal techniques manual on display which
they said would be printed and available for purchase in the near future.
What is the status of the manual??
