We use Novocastra's 6F11 clone and have not noticed any problems.

Has anyone had any recent problems with Estrogen Receptor staining?  I
have noticed a decrease in sensitivity and an increased variability of
results. No other antibodies are affected and I haven't changed any
protocols.  We are using Novovocastra 6F11 antibody with autoclave
antigen retreival. Any comments would be appreciated? Thanks. Tom.
