I use chromogranin A on FFPE human tissue only and here is my info:
Dako cat# M0869
pancreas control, pretreated citra in microwave for total of 15 minutes,
Antibody used at 1:50 dilution incubated at RT for 15 minutes
I use Dako's LSAB2 detection kit, (most other kits work, as well)
Works marvelously.

Does anyone have a vendor and immunohistochemical procedure for
chromogranin A on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embeded and frozen mouse tissue?
