I decalcified bones in Formic Acid 5%. I don't found the expected results
with TUNEL. The problem was due the Formic Acid? Should I decalcifie with
another chemical? EDTA?

I have other antibodies (collagen II and X, PCNA, p53, etc) to use in the
same bones. Will I have the same problems using these antibodies in bones
treated with formic acid?
