Hi

I've been asked to p53 FITC on FFPE tissue samples
(rat tongues and lip canals) and was wondering if
anyone has done this?  I wanted to try using
Proteinase K (5ug/ml) or trypsin (kit from Zymed) for
the digestion incubated for 15 minutes at 37 C.  

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
