Detection of condensed tannins
I'm looking for a method of detecting condensed tannins (proanthocyanidins)
in histological sections of nematodes. Does anyone know of either 1. a
stain that will identify condensed tannins in histological sections or 2. a
method of labelling condensed tannins (a chemiluminescent label maybe?)
before exposure to the nematode that can later be detected in a microscopic
preparation?
Thanks,
