Case Management Supervisor - Leading source of cancer information technologies/diagnosis/treatment in Southern CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the operations and support staff in the Case Management Department.
This includes the judicious monitoring of all cases in-house in order to achieve necessary turn-around times and the direct supervision and development of 10-12 department staff members.

REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. Degree
Minimum 3 years experience required
To qualify, you must have experience working in a clinical laboratory environment and no less than 2-3 years of management/supervisory experience.
Strong team building/development ability and computer skills will also be required.
Knowledge or experience in laboratory client services highly preferred.
