We pretreat all tissue for IHC with Declere. we did 6 months of various
methods considering quality, expense and time, Declere won out in the end and
believe me I fought against it because of using the pressure cooker, however,
working closely with my pathologist very closely for those 6 months the
pressure cooker is in!!!! We never have a problem with staining, that is if
the antibody has not leaked completely out of the dispenser, if you know what
I mean.
I spoke with Ventana tech service today, mid June new dispensers!!!!!!!
