V-line calretinin from Zymed works very well on the ventana systems, fresh
lung control (oxidation sensitive) harsh microwave retrieval (citrate) 32 min
incubation.
Retrieval method--- 800 watt microwave
4 plastic coplin jars
60ml buffer in each or water in those with no
slides
5min 30 seconds on high
11min 30 sec on 30% power
cool 10 min-stain
will stain mesothelial cells in normal lung. Dana
