H&E on tissue culture in wells -Reply

Elena,

I have successfully stained cultures with H&E as well as PAP. Drain
excess fluid from the slides, rinse in PBS and fix for 10min in 95%
ethanol. Stain with PAP or H&E from water (no need to dewax with
xylene!!), dehydrate, clear, mount and your done.
