I have been refining a DIG-ISH protocol on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded
tissue over many years and have excellent results thus far.

I am now considering applying this protocol to methacarn fixed tissue.

Any suggestions in simplifying this transition would be greatly appreciated
.

Ultimately, parity in ISH staining between the two differently fixed
specimens is the goal.
