Hi histonetters,

I need to double label a tracer (WGA-HRP) and a cell
specific marker. I assume in this case WGA-HRP
detection cannot be done using peroxidase reaction. 

To detect wheat germ lecithin conjugated horse radish
peroxidase (WGA-HRP)immunohistochemically
(flourescence) which is a better choice.using
antibodies against WGA or peroxidase.

For immunohistochemical (flourescence) detection
should  inactivated peroxidase be used.
